Default iPhone 7 dongle help

I need some assistance. I "upgraded" to an iPhone 7, because my 6 only held a charge for about an hour. Can anyone recommend a good dongle for me to be able to charge my phone and plug in headphones at the same time? Amazon reviews are up and down on the options I'm finding.

Not to hijack, but I will anyway: I replace iPhone batteries for $25. The batteries I use are new and original.

In any case, I plan on ordering some for my shop but it'll be a couple of weeks till I get them.
