oh nevermind, got confused by some marketing materials. you are saving about $100 for the extra RAM. Assuming latest model.

check the refurbs, better deal than new but with same warranty, new chassis

I would wait for the June refresh and go buy a MBA Apple recertified. The seller is probably getting rid of his while it still holds some value.

Plus you'll get a new battery.

new in box, still shrinkwrapped. i don't understand your and erose's point here. it's a brand new, never opened, never booted up device. did the whole setup thing at first boot, apple id and all that jazz
