I got a second beta invite today. I need to look at my old email and see if its just the same key. If its not the same key then I'll give it to someone on the AO.

I'm thinking it shouldn't be, since I've heard of a lot of people getting multiple keys by opt-in!

That sucks

In other news, I got a key last night!

Unfortunately, it froze on my 4th tutorial match and I can't get back in. It looks like a common problem based on the forums. Beta is beta. Hopefully, I play a bit more tonight.

Grats! I actually haven't had any problems with the beta yet and I've been playing a decent amount. I wonder how soon after Blizzcon they will officially release the game.

I don't think I have as high of a win rate as you, but at least I'm consistenly getting 5-3 or higher now. I've gotten a few 9-2's, but nothing better.
Correct. Going 7-9 wins really helps bring down the average cost of each pack. Going 9 wins and netting two packs and 70-100 gold, net of entry fee, helps those three win bad drafting decks.

If anyone ever gets another key I'd like to take a stab at it.

I'm having a blast with this game. I used about $10 from my bnet balance (from D3 auction house) to get some packs.

I'm trying my hand at arena. I went 0-3, 1-3, 1-3. My current run is at 4-1; so I'll see how far I can take that one.

One thing that discovered is that they don't plan to wipe the progress once the game is released. This actually surprises me. What do you guys think about it?

I'm starting to go infinite in arena. I've had at least 5 wins for at least the last 10 arena trials. In the last 5 trials I have had 9,8,7,7,5 wins, and I am currently playing a 7-1 priest.

There is quite a bit of skill in this game that isn't readily apparent to new players. Drafting is obviously important, but so is the pace of play and what you choose for your starting hand. Even with bad decks I'm consistently getting 5 wins, and I can tell some of those games are because the other player made mistakes (didn't go aggressive at the right time, chose wrong targets, etc).

With all that said, it's only been recently that I've started to see 7+ wins regularly. I think you need to average 6 wins to go infinite if you play arena every day and complete the daily quest.
