3% DB + 3% DC ER contribs. DB contribs vary by service (Ill be 4% soon, woo).

then I add 6% EE to the DC plan.

ER also gives 800/year for family HSA, then I max the rest on my end.

You'll get a little 'apples to oranges' when comparing ERs that offer only DC vs DC+DB, but im guessing that is a rare case.

Company matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 3%

So I put in 6% and my employer puts in 4.5%

I voted 4% in the poll

Company matches up to a flat dollar amount, plus a small non-elective contribution. I converted to a % given I contribute the max each year.

I also do have a DB plan here.

1% is the minimum match, though -- that assumes that you yourself contribute 1%

most people contribute 6% and get 7% match
