My spouse went to a CAS COP recently.
In the session about ABCD processes, the counsel conducting the session mentioned there being "issues" regarding the extent to which confidentiality applied on to the complainant and they are in the process of trying to sort it out.
So it looks like something is in the works.... slowly...
