No but my gf has identical twin nephews. Two of her brothers are Irish twins but I don't think that counts.

We do have some "Patty Duke twins", i.e. cousins who look a lot alike.

Identical twin cousins conceived well before in vitro fertilization was a thing.

None in my family but tons at my high school. When I was a senior there were 9 sets of twins out of roughly 600-650 kids total.

Off the top of my head I can recall three sets of twins in my graduating class of 575 kids. Mind you, it was 30+ years ago, so there might have been more.

One pair of twins in my family that I know of. Both still alive at 80+
