Would ending up on her List count as intent to assault and batter?

I have a few more, but it will take a little time to find them
Woot! Named in the OP of the thread!!! Would've been more points if I was named in the title, but I'll take it.

So, an octogenarian from my church died this past week. Very sweet lady, with a very sweet family. If my four kids grow up to be anything like her four grandkids, I will be ecstatic. And they all credit their grandmother with a lot of their formation.

She will be greatly missed.

RIP my grandparents. All "best generation" people, and not from this stupid jitterbugging-during-wartime-betray-its-victims place. The REAL place.

RIP Gopi L, who was an attender of our church. 43 years old, had a heart attack Saturday night / Sunday morning and died, leaving a wife who doesn't speak great English and two kids, 9 and 4 years old.

RIP to the dude who ran the sushioke group I used to participate in. He would have turned 31 today if not for a nasty bone cancer killing him at 29. really fun dude when he was alive. sad. way too young to go.

I didn't know him well, but I'm very happy he did the sushioke, which was lots of fun and he seemed like a fun guy.
