Also got a 6.
15/20 on the MC. Left 2 WAs blank and felt okay about most of the 4 that I answered.
My advice for those taking the next sitting is to get points where you can get them. Time was definitely a factor for me. My preparation was not the best, but by focusing on doing questions I immediately knew how to solve, I was able to do well enough to pass.
Once you answer everything you know how to solve, I agree with other posters who say to put stuff down on the WA. Make an attempt, do something.

Good luck everyone. Congrats to the passers!

I got an 8! Third time -- went from 0 to 5 to 8. Would've much rather had a 6 that second time but I'll take it!

I went back to back 5's. I used the SOA Sample MC, Sample WA, previously written exams, all as study tools to help me get over the hump, but yet, I didn't improve. Anyone have any input as to what has helped them improve after a failed attempt?

All of those strategies are really good IMO. since time is such a factor in this exam, incorporating timing yourself on questions could be helpful (maybe you've done this already, though). Also, the TIA video solutions were helpful for me, when reviewing WA problems for subjects in which I was weak.

Good luck for next time, though. At least since you know this stuff well enough to get 5's, studying again should be a lot easier for you.
