If you have an FSA and feel that your career isn't going anywhere "more", that's on you and your smarts/networking/people skills. No additional credential is going to get you a promotion or a leg up on anybody else.

Being a degree/credential collector is a waste of time/money that eventually makes you look bad. See Ellen Pao, for example.

I'm going to guess what it means is that Pao's failure at Reddit had little to do with whether she had an MBA from Harvard, and more to do with simply not listening to its users. Then again, maybe it helped her get into venture capital in the first place which let her build up the track record that got her to Reddit.
