You really need to weigh yourself at the same time each day you weigh yourself or you will see wide fluctuations.

When I did WW years ago, I went to a Monday class. The instructor used to warn us about Monday holidays. "You folks come in to be weighed in work clothes every week, then on holidays, you come in wearing jeans. Add about two pounds to your weight for having those jeans on!"

Starting weight: 247.9 lbs
2006 Goal Weight: 190 lbs

Goal: 200

Observations:
1) If you start exercising more, sleep is even more important! Gotta stop staying up for the sake of staying up.
2) Bad news: Getting sick can really throw off the exercise routine. Good news: I'm almost over it, so time to try again!
