Default Reserve (Prospective vs Retrospective)

For a fully continuous 20-year term endowment of 10,000 on (50), you are given

My approach:

I got different answers for them.
One is 4031.454359 and another is 3160.386356. Where's my mistake?

It's a little hard for me to read your writing, but when you calculate
it looks like you have a term of
If so, why v^20 instead of v^t? And where is the 90 coming from? I would expect 120-50=70. Similarly a 90 in the other term.
