Is there a way to know if I passed the multiple choice threshold? Does a grade > 0 mean that the entire exam was graded?

Yep. If you got over 0 it was graded.

I did not get a breakdown for my WA portion.. wouldn't that mean I did not meet the threshold and therefore the WA section wasn't graded?

So glad I finally passed. This exam is the devil and I pity all you poor souls who have to spend more than one sitting with this monster. Keep you're head down and keep moving forward! Yut!!!

Can someone tell me how to see the grade we got on LTAM multiple choice, or written answer if it was graded? Someone told me there should be a link on my transcript, but I don't see it.

You should be able to see the link under Performance in your transcript. If you passed, I don't think you will have that though, I passed and I don't have it.

You cannot see your grade on MC.

I failed the exam. I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't meet the cutoff for multiple choice. There is no link under preformance, does that mean the written answer was not graded? Why wouldn't it tell me how I did on the MC then?

What was your score?

A score of 0 means you missed MC cutoff.
Anything higher than 0 means your WAs were graded.

This is because you're using something other than CA.

CA is the way to go for this exam.

Like others said, if you got 0 on the exam, you missed the cutoff on MC. If you had more than 0, then the break down of your WA grades would be shown up this Friday. Also those scores on each WA question are not actual points but like 0-10 for the exam grade. I had got 4 before with most 1 or 2 on each WA question before. If you improve your WA to average at least 5, you will have a high chance to pass with 15 or more MC correct.
