Even though the entire point of the Table M/L charge is to account for min/max premium, I never remember to go back and check if either threshold was hit.

I forget this and to check that the the experience rating mod for a WC NCCI rated policy doesnt exceed the formula with G.

Oh I completely forgot about G. I don't think I've seen a problem that hit the cap, have you?

I think it's expected you always test it, even if the questions doesnt explicitly ask you to. If I was a grader I would expect this step to be completed for full credit since it is part of the rating plan.

It's only ever hit for extremely small values of E. usually less than 19K I think

i don't think bernegger will take more than a day. i'll give myself 2-3 days to go back and review my notes. i should be able to take all 4 TIA PEs on Mon/Tues.
