Default 2018 MERIT/COL Raise

Emphasis on MERIT/COL. No promotions, no exams, no job changes. Just what you were given based on your annual performance review. Poll coming shortly.

In most of my reviews they disclosed the average increase across the company - you can report that number if you know it

I do know that the budget process used an aggregate salary increase of 2.5% for 2018. So that's going to be the average increase.

You never know for sure as the plan could have fudge factors. Assume 2.5% but give 2%, "look we are under budget!".

Damn - that is the latest I have heard. Most places I know about seem to make the increases effective around 3/1 or 4/1

Ours it comes in at your anniversary date. I started here in June, so my annual raises come in June.
