Default GAAP for Term Life

I'm looking for GAAP accounting standards & other actuarial info for a Term life product.

We're reevaluating the GAAP reserve & DAC calculations, and I really have no idea where to start. I need to confirm or deny that what we have is correct.

What sources of information are out there?

Unless the "term" product is a modified whole life plan (with YRT tail).

I should keep these four permanently.
