Default Failed C... MAS-I or MAS-II?

Which exam has more overlap with C? Also, I know MAS-II will be the first sitting, there are no TIA, ASM, or really any study material except for the one posted on CAS website. Can one assume that this first sitting will be easier? Also, which exam should I take?

Looking your signature, MLC is not interchangeable with MAS-I?

MAS-II is the replacement for C?
