Search Time: 2-3 months
Applications: 30ish
Phone Interviews: 10-15
On-Site Interviews: 2(none of the 3 offers required this though strangely)
Offers: 3. 1 other suggested they could put it through extra quickly to beat my deadline if I'd pretty much promise to say yes, and I couldn't.
