IRC 7702 has invaded my life. Can someone help me a little?

If I use a level benefit to calculate my NSP for determining RPU face, (CV = NSP * RPU Face) which leads to RPU factor of CV/NSP, then can I show compliance with CVAT by showing that RPU Face at any duration is less than the guaranteed death benefit at that duration?

I think that should work so long as plan's NF rate >= 4% (and assuming RPU face is level). Otherwise you'd need to test CSVs against 4% NSP.
