![]() it is hard to say which is lying. the reported miles are different based on where the attestation appeared. who is to say which is more accurate? and if the bias of the answers have been consistent over time I agree that there is no reason to change anything - the measure is working fine.

The alternative is that they are taking a 20% commission and not assuming any of the risks of loss... but then they wouldn't be able to guarantee that any of the "underwriting profit" gets donated to charities. And there already is a mechanism to return profit to the consumers...it's called policyholder dividends. |
