looking at the current syllabus, it doesn't seem that bad.
Considering that the SOA hasn't even given a glimpse of the online resources, you would need a predictive model to estimate the study hours. But that would defeat the point.

lol

I'm just saying, doesn't seem like C/MLC level of studying and dedication, with the high possibility of failure on top of it. Seems more like an advanced module to me.

Default syllabus

Do we think that the PA syllabus is going to be updated with a lot more detail? Maybe the PA is more of a hoop to jump through than being an intense exam.

FYI-I talked to TIA and as long as the SOA publishes the sample project and report, Lee Gibson will probably head up a PA TIA seminar course.

I apologize if I've given you the wrong idea here.

I think it is likely that TIA will have something to help with PA at some point. Until the SOA releases the rest of the information about the PA requirement, we will not be able to form any concrete plans for what that might look like, or regarding when it might be ready for use. I don't think it is likely that we will have something available for use in preparing for the first sitting.

Preparing for this exam will be challenging as there will be no geniune ressources comparable to ASM, TIA or even CA
