The modules that are tied to the exam are supposed to teach us how to learn R. The math stuff we should already know (regression, ANOVA, etc.).

Hm really? To be honest, I'd rather want the modules to cover technicalities like regressions and Anovas to refresh my memory as I got credit for SRM or whatever that exam is called

I have no experience with R. My boss would like me to become familiar with how to use a R and the applications it could have in our work. Is this the right course for a complete novice?

Does it mean that if we finish this TIA R online study program, it is sufficient to pass the PA exam? OR it is just a R study program.

Not sufficient, but relevant to the PA exam.

Nobody really knows what the predictive analytics exam will look like yet. With that said, this R course covers topics expected on the SOA's upcoming Predictive Analytics Exam, which requires experience in R.
