Does it mean the choice with the highest proportion be the correct answer for each question unless something like 47% A vs. 45% B happens?

Go figure, 19/20 and I'm the only one who responded "D" (incorrectly) to number 5. Well that is no longer on LTAM (though it is pathetically FM material), and I am expecting to take again this fall. Bad days happen :/
