EDIT -- Never mind, I see how to scroll through. I was looking for something like that last night and couldn't find it. I'll have to permalink it somewhere, in case I can figure out how to get to it from the homepage.

Good news is, after some research last night I found that Butcher has a new book coming to the Dresden files, Joe Abercrombie had a book release in the first law series with another this year, and Brian Mclellen wrapped up the second series in the powder mage world.

Also, all of the Stormlight books are also available in Graphic Audio - and I quite liked Warbreaker when I listened to it in that format.
The Expanse by James S.A. Corey and The Riyria Revelations and The Riyria Chronicles by Michael J Sullivan are both on my list for this year. I've read the first Expanse book (Leviathan Wakes) already and loved it, so I'd definitely recommend that. Haven't read any of Riyria, but I've got a solid recommendation from a good friend on it.

I want to try the Graphic Audio stuff, but holy hell those are expensive. $141 for The Way of Kings? Uhhh...

Yeah. J just saw how crazy expensive they are. I got a bundle of books from one of those sites for like $10 it included warbreaker and elantris I think.

Seems like the goodreads website has way more info on it than the app. I was trying to find stuff on the app and I just don't think it's there, but on the site, there is a lot more detail about your stats.

I was excited to find that it supports file imports, but it requires ISBN. That's not something I tracked in Excel, so it'll be faster to just input all my books manually. Although, maybe if I do look up the ISBN, at least it'll pull the date I finished the book. I'll have to play around with it.

when I have to enter manually, I don't use the app. I am often listening to audiobooks of classics, so there are loads of audiobooks out there and it's easier to find the specific one on the website.

Graphic Audio is expensive, but has sales all the time. Don't ever buy anything from them at full price.

I hate the way they do audiobooks -- one page per hour? Really?! Not only that, but in some places (year in books) they use the actual page count of the most popular version, and in other places (reading stats) they use the number from the one page per hour method.

I like showing audiobooks separately, but my excel already does that, so I feel like in goodreads, I just have to choose a physical version of the book. Very annoying.

Also, some of the audiobooks just say "unknown" for page counts, while others use the one page per hour method.
