I guess you mean SoA CERAs as I doubt those getting CERA through the actuarial profession, the CAS, the IIA, or the DAV (to name a few) will be associates by mutual recognition of the SoA

Though, I can totally see CERAs from other actuarial orgs getting mutual recognition, if they want it
