Default Statement from Proctoring Service Provider for TBE Exam 5

On 3 and 4 May 2018, CAS conducted its CAS Exam 5 testing. PSI was responsible for providing proctoring services for the administration of the CAS Exam 5. During the testing process, there were issues related to the proctoring service that impacted some candidates from taking the test and delayed others from starting the examination process. PSI is sorry for any inconvenience or frustration felt by any affected Exam 5 candidates and is working closely with CAS to resolve any candidate issues.
Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. Putting my anger aside, I would like to know what percentage of exam takers were affected. Willing to bet more than 50% since the proctoring system went down around 2:30pm NYC time.

Trying not to read too deeply into this message but it sounds like PSI may be used for remote proctoring in a future sitting.

I wonder how the CAS could possibly use them again. While there were problems with the technology, the other issues were bigger as far as I am concerned. Constant suspending of the exam with zero response from the proctor, time counting against us when the exam is suspended for their issues, giving extra time beyond 5 hours, a female being hit on, and all the other issues written about so far. I don't understand how the CAS would even consider working with this organization again.

I don't see where a continued relationship with future exams is implied outside of trying to resolve the outstanding issues.
