Default APC Canadian requirement

From what I can tell, a Canadian could take the APC offered by the SOA, or the Professionalism Workshop offered by the CIA. Is there any requirement than a Canadian actually take the Professionalism Workshop?

If you want your FCIA you'll need to take the CIA course.
