Study guides like TIA are going to have a fun time creating new content explaining how to do things in excel

Like others...I guess I applaud CAS for trying, but 3 things stand out to me as absolutely ludicrous:

1. You HAVE to take the exam alone. A company can't have all of their employees take the exam in the same room. Just...why? I don't see any downside to having a group of people take the exam in the same room like they always have.

2. You only have access to the $40 practice exam for 5 hours. WHAT?? How on earth is that helpful for studying? Here - take an exam under exam conditions and learn nothing from your answers.

3. Perhaps the biggest WTF at all...you can't have paper/pencil. WWHHHAAATTT THHHEEEE EFFFFFF. Who decided this? Why would this ever have been signed off on? It just seems completely unnecessary.

I also feel like writing out formulas initially always helps me start, before I plug in any variables. And everyone knows you don't *actually* write out variables in excel...so it seems like that opportunity for partial credit is diminished.

I agree with all points.

Why canít you get a FCAS volunteer from your company to proctor? Especially if your company has hosted exams in the past...

Or have it AT PROMETRIC. They know how to host computer based testing nd thereís no chance of cheating. Their computers are guaranteed to be compatible, and if anything happens to your machine the proctor can pause your test to handle the situation.

What's to stop someone from recording their test through a minimized program, and sending screen shots of all the questions out? Especially if there are multiple sittings per window.

What if the questions just appear and they don't know who screen shot them? With personal computers they can't possible prevent cheating.
