University of Washington does NOT offer a degree in AS.
I suppose you could construct a suitable cross-specialty degree, but why bother?

Full disclosure - My degree from U Wash (B Sci., 1966) was in mathematics with a specialty that today might be labeled computer science.

Let me guess the specialty was labeled data entry back in the days.
