Default Sample 241 - quick question

the question asks for s-t-D, using pp plots and D plots. It seems as the actual value of t = F*(3000) disappears, the answer seems to be just the difference on how the pp plot and the D plot do the denominators for the 4th point in the sample... perhaps the whole intention of the question?

s-t-D = 4/8- t - (4/7-t) = 4/8 - 4/7= - 1/14 = - 0.07143

Any comments?

Prelims: 1/P - 2/FM - 3F/MFE - LTAM - STAM
VEE: Economics - Corporate Finance - Applied Statistics
