Here are the notes I put together for studying for MFE May 2011. Structure follows the ASM manual, but the rest is pretty much my own. Some formulas are written slightly differently, as I found them easier to see/remember this way. PLEASE let me know about any typos you find and I'll revise. There is a blank page so that if you print the whole thing double-sided and staple it, you can flip it over and use the normal distn table while working problems.

I faked the Psi diagrams on the second to last page ... the software I was using didn't have a built-in function for that greek, and I was too lazy to program my own. So I just flipped the graphs from the respective rho graphs. But they should still convey the same info. The other graphs are all genuine, for some parameters that made the graphs pretty.

Revised version with some typos corrected, new material added, and some junk removed that actually isn't on the syllabus and shouldn't have been present in the first place.

Once again, great notes. I think there is a typo on equation 4, it doesn't equal the BS eqn. when set equal to zero.
