4.9% increase in base, 42% increase when the increase to my bonus is factored in.

For my company, standard base increase this year is 2%.

9.99%, which includes (I'm told) 2.5% for promotion. No idea what co/division averages are. Expected more talk about how bad of a CAT year it was but fortunately didn't.
