Can anyone refresh my memory as to which Actuarial Guideline deals with this topic and where I might find that?

Thanks.

Guideline XXV for indexed death benefits.
Guideline XXXV for equity indexed annuities (was ZZZ).
Guideline XXXVI for equity indexed life (was ZZZZ).

JMO Fan,
Thanks, I am looking at indexed death benefits and XXV seemed like the right number but I wasn't positive.

Of course the bigger question is where can I get a copy of it?

Thanks.

Actuarial Guidelines are available from the NAIC, for a fee. They are not available on-line anywhere, to my knowledge.

Here is a link to the NAIC catalog:

The Actuarial Guidelines are also available in the back of the "Life and Health Valuation Law Manual" published by the Academy.

Actuarial Guidelines are also in the back of the NAIC AP&P Manual (aka codification).
