Hmm, I don't think you will get a room charge. Unless you got transferred to a different room. Might show up as an observation CPT. Any Rev Codes or Diag Codes?

I was transferred out of the ER to an observation/low intensity floor. Only have CPT codes. Not sure how that works but I had a formal admission and discharge.

The one you posted is just the physician bill. You'll likely get a separate one for the facility. And possibly a third one for any PARE services you may have received.

That's right.
You will get a separate hospital bill. This was the funny thing I've witnessed: There may be a different ER Intensity level from Doc than the facility.

Should be referred to RAPE vs PARE. Yuk-yuk!

Like I said, hitting the $1500 deductible between the hospital, gougy PCP, and apparently expensive therapy. Bring it on imo. Paying 20% here on out.

Update: I requested the two Dr. appts to be downgraded in severity. The Dr. herself emailed back and refused, offering that I can pay self-pay (for the first claim it's actually less) but questioning their codes will have me dropped as a patient.

Maybe that's not such a bad outcome.
