1) review of mortgage experience factor and
2) model law changes if adopted updating the life RBC formula trend test (not sure what that is referring to)

Just trying to verify -- C3 Phase 3 is NOT going to be in effect for YE 2011, right?

Per the slides from the 4/14/2011 AAA Post-NAIC Update/PBA Webinar:

"Effective date for C3P3 pushed off to YE 2012."

(I made a note on that slide that says "at the earliest", but that's probably always a safe assumption )

ObamaCare distracts regulators from PBR. LHATF split means more time spent on HATF. Resources too limited to focus on both.
