Default CAS FCAS certificate

I passed Exam 9 in the Spring 2016 sitting and went to the Fall 2016 CAS Annual Meeting. I have not yet received my FCAS certificate in the mail yet. When am I supposed to get them? It's been a while.

For future posters: I finished my last exam in Spring 2017, attended the Fall 2017 CAS Annual Meeting in the first week of November, and received my FCAS certificate in the mail the first week of December.
