Default Dental Insurance - Active Life Reserve

Can anyone tell if rating the dental insurance need consider the active life reserve? your comments are very appreciated.

Perhaps, if there is some 20-year Dental Insurance Policy.
But, most are only yearly (for Group) or even monthly (for Individuals).

From my experience, group insurance products that have level premium options require an active life reserve. Whether or not dental is sold as yearly or level premiums (attained age vs issue age) is not something I am so sure about.
