you can do it with mathy simulations. There's also a community chest card that sends you to gaol, and an "advance to GO, iirc.

"Advance to Go" is not as big as the others. By at least half. What it does is greatly lowers the "fourth side" probabilities, as well as the Purples. Yes, that raises the Orange EV, but not as much as, say, Light Blue.
Jail (6, 8, 9), St Charles (5. 7. 8), and Electric Utility (4, 6, 7) are right in the wheelhouse of a rolled pair of dice.
