Default Applicability of Canadian Accounting Standards for US Exam

Does anyone have a sense if Canadian accounting standards have been tested on in the past for the US exam? For example, Chapter 35 of Skwire has many sections that are broken down into US and Canadian standards. I'm curious if they want US actuaries to have an understanding of the differences between US and Canadian standards, or if they have just tended to focus their questions related to the current US environment with GAAP and the slow movement to IFRS.
