I'm studying at the library and the people here are getting on my nerves. I thought the lib was supposed to be a quiet place to study, read, etc. Not to hold freaking social gatherings. Go to Starbucks to chat ***holes.

Rant over.

Libraries of the 21st century are turning into places of community and socialization, not of study and reflection.

I have found public libraries to be a terrible place to study. Univserity libraries, however, are my favorite place to study. They are typically huge, have plenty of outlets, and allow food and beverage. Some even sell coffee.

I know!
In Public libraries there are always high school students who "study" for 2-3 minutes, then chat about anything except school work.

My library does have private study rooms but they were occupied when I arrived. Luckily someone vacated so now I am somewhere quiet.

The people I was sitting near in the beginning were a tutor and a high school student and the tutor was basically dictating the students verbiage in a writing assignment...I guess if you get paid to get them A's that's the way to go about it.

Just started the Bahnemann videos.. can I get away with learning the rest of this stuff by just thinking of areas under curves the Exam C way? That is, none of that dF(x) crap?
