Sort of similar to a previous post...Maybe a Sticky that has FAQs for a particular exam, it could be set up as a list of common questions with a link(s) to useful answers

the main questions I am talking about are the ones that pop up pretty much every week, and the first response is always "This has been discussed 5 million times already, here is a link to one of the answers" ... it gets hard to find useful threads when every other thread is a "Help I don't know how to search the Forum" post...

Also, not sure if this is possible, but since a lot of thread titles are pretty vague or have lots of filler in them, it might be helpful to have a sub-forum in each exam forum that could house the "Need Help with ASM Chapter X Question Y" type posts, so that it would be easier to track down problems you are having trouble with, and also easier for helpful individuals to post solutions... if too many Sticky threads might become a problem, maybe consolidating the practice problem/problem help threads into a sub forum might help with that

like i said, probably the same as some previous suggestions, but maybe if we come up with 4 or 5 different ways to do the same thing, 1 of them will be possible (or at least easier than the rest)

Maybe have a stickied multi-select poll for manual/study material preference in each forum. The question of which type is asked every other week. Not a big thing but its an idea

I would love to see a sticky thread that gathers all the helpful advice that exam passers have for future exam takers. Perhaps a sticky thread for each exam?

This! A sticky discussing what material to use and study plans/schedules. Study materials could have their own multi-selection poll.

There are countless threads asking the same question.

Also I have no idea what the forums are capable of, but some forums have a reputation bar. That would be nifty. Or a button for liking/agreeing with a thread or comment, or a thanks button.

add LIKE DISLIKE ( or rating ) to a specific post ,,and also sort by this rating,so i may note be obligate to read 100 post to find the best answer ! and it will reduce the posts "i approve"....

add follow option so we may be notified (max 1 notification) when someone reply
a similar thing:i am not sure, but i dont know the benefit of adding a friend here,, so maybe if i can see what my friends post will help the users to communicate ( without going to each friend and check if he post anything)

i think that we may check facebook cause he have many ideas in communication and site buliding form

I think we need the mods to enforce a standard for naming certain things to make searching easier. For example, if you need help with practice problem #5 from the exam C manual chapter 35, maybe put the source and the chapter number and question number like ASM15ed35-5

It doesn't have to be that, but i think some type of naming convention would really help here.

Also, the exam sitting threads get too cluttered with chit chat "omg i'm so nervous, bla bla bla". I think it should be limited to real, useful content.
