Tough question to answer, as I think no one really enjoys the stress and grind of the exam process in and of itself.

But overall, I did find it intellectually stimulating to a certain extent, and enjoyed learning more about the profession, so there was a good productive growth aspect to it. I enjoyed the immediate financial incentives and upwards mobility that came with passing exams, as well as company support.

Canít say it was always pleasant, but it was certainly rewarding enough for me to keep at it without losing my sanity (sometimes).
