Default IFTTT

i just bought 2 nest thermostats E series. paid $180 including tax for 2 thermostats and two google home minis from my elec co. heavy subsidies - full retail would have been ~$440. not even sure i'll keep the minis. might sell or give away.

do you use IFTTT applets with your smart thermostats? which ones do you find most useful?

geofencing looks useful, but i live pretty close to work (5 miles) and mrs yoyo works from home, so not sure how relevant it'd be in our day to day

I have my phone set up to open the garage, run the security system and cameras, water the lawn, turn on a fountain, run the thermostat, but haven't found any of IFTTT stuff necessary. At some point I'll do all the lights too, and then maybe.
