Averaged 4.5 hours per day over a three month relationship. Moreso in the last month, maybe as high as 5.5. Too much time at that stage for me apparently.

And how did YOU break up with your conjoined twin?

Also, are you aware of the phrase "free will"?
Why did you choose to hang around this SO so much? Or did he/she just show up wherever you were?

Asking for a friend.

I don't think she was the one that was hard . . .

Unless she's actually gender-fluid . . .

I know there are days where I spend more time talking to my boss than my wife. However on the weekends, we typically spend the entire day together with the kiddos.

That is not an answer to my questions, and I have my duel-slapping gloves ready for any further transgressions of my woman's character.

Your own answer to your poll question tells me that you think that amount of time was too much. I'm here to help, but I'll need answers first.

(Assuming you're a dude and former SO is a chick: )
Did you think you HAD to be with her, lest she'd get upset, leading to even more uncomfortable together time?
Or did you think she'd move on to another, more free-time-available dude?

Rise above your programming, sir.

(Not saying this is the best way to do it, just that your argument is invalid.)
