Wolverhampton Wanderers are promoted to EPL next season.
Cardiff in second, Fulham, AV, Middlesbrough, and Millwall in Play-off spots for now with three matches left. Five others still have a chance, but the rest are out.
Sunderland, in the EPL last season, are three points from getting relegated again.

Awesome, if Millwall gets promoted, we can see some gang warfare next season between them and the Hammers.
