Default Windshield damaged by wiper blade

Anyone ever used this, or anything similar to fix such a problem? I don't want to make it worse. Thanks!

Yeah but they are all over the board and plus I was wondering if anyone had any alternative methods. I read on another forum that people have had mixed results using toothpaste. Maybe I'll try that first.
