I've taken just a couple things from the office in my lifetime, and that was 10 years ago. The printer and paper shredder are still working great!

I'll scan, but not print. I wouldn't take anything on purpose, but it is possible that I've kept a clip that had been holding my papers. I do sometimes use work pens for my own stuff, but I also use my own pens for work stuff. (And ideally I would have a personal pen at work, but I usually don't.)
I cut off the back of a pad of paper that was used up, when I needed a piece of cardboard...does that count? Should I glue it back together and return it?

Our office provides small packets of Advil and Tylenol in the supply room. I rarely pop them in the office but have brought several packets home.

Does this "someone" have a leafy skin tone?

I use a binder clip from work as my wallet. I probably won't give it back when I leave either.

I've printed some personal stuff at work. That's actually an example in tax instructions I've read of a de minimus benefit that you don't have to report, but I try print my personal stuff at home, even so. I've sent a personal fax or two. I don't like the provided pens. I had an epiphany 20 years ago that for a very small amount of money, I could use whatever pens I like at work, and never worry about what my employer is willing to pay for again. I wouldn't swear that a paperclip never migrated home, but we buy them at home, too, and I wouldn't swear that my paperclips haven't ended up at work, either.

When masses of office supplies were being discarded I've taken home some binders and stuff. We're about to move to new space, and I expect a lot of office supplies to be thrown out. I might grab a stapler or something if we have a pile of "free stuff" during the move.

Naw, I wouldn't take home pads of paper or notebooks. I do waste time at work, on the internet, though. I'm not going to judge you
