We only work 4 days a week in my company (8 hr a day)...so I'm not sure what to put in this poll

Minimal WFH if your aspirations include leadership. You just can't get enough face-time remotely. A lot of decisions get made in hallways.

I worked from home for 5 years. Then I changed jobs when this one advertised that it offered telecommuting full-time. After I accepted, they said, "Not the first year."

They didn't tell you until after you started? Are you trying to get your old, telecommuting job back?
