This one's a tricky one (I have carriers in a similar situation) - the first guidance I'd give is to check your contracts to see what you're permitted to do.

Apparently our lawyers (or just some lawyers somewhere?) believe that the lawsuit will be overturned once the judge reviews HHS' rebuttal, which is supposed to happen in August. At least that's what I was told.
