Unlike on the exam, you don't need to feel like you have to answer every post or fill space here. There's no partial credit on the AO.

Knowingly posting misleading and untruthful information is unprofessional. The post in question is skirting the edge on this. Don't assume that people will read into your post an "intent" of expressing your opinion about a situation. If sarcasm is meant, use red color font. Otherwise, get into the habit of being more explicit in your intended communication in the professional areas of the AO.

Unprofessional conduct in the professional areas of the AO can lead to a variety of consequences.
I'm not a native English speaker, and clearly when I wrote "hearsay" I didn't think it was going to be interpreted this way. Sorry about the confusion.

More background: I've heard from a single, credible source that on several occasions, the CAS has struggled to find proctors in my large city.

The bolded is good to know. And I ask that you take my comments as feedback for how to be more professional on the AO (do know that I'm patient in this area). If you have any questions or concerns about something, you're always welcome to send me a PM for advice (I've also worked with ESL folks for the last 20 years).

And I wish you the best of luck in navigating this train wreck.

Glad that I passed this 18 years ago

(That was right after a syllabus change, which helped me because they merged it with an exam I had previously taken.)

CAS just posted this.

I made out like a bandit in the late 90s revamp. If you were able to pass just the right pieces you got out of nearly a full exam, plus about 1/2 of one of the new exams was stuff already taken (though that meant rereading all the hideous law/regulation stuff).

Seems like that list is small enough they could have just blasted those people and been like, "you need to take the retest, yo"
