$59.99 for a harmony smart control
That deal is gone now. I almost bought it when it was still available, but the placement of fast forward, rewind and pause buttons at the top made me decide against it. It's such a weird design choice for a company with over a decade of experience making remotes.

it was gone long before Wannabe's response, unfortunately. I should have bought it and then returned it if the responses here were negative.

The page at Amazon says it'll be back in stock on March 29, and it's showing $59.99 again.

missed the last deal. this is one of those "nice to have" products for my home.

So, seeing this deal today:

is it worth it? (i.e. is the model offered a good one?)

If so, I may get two: both will a TV, Roku, cable box, and DVD. For our small bedroom tv, it only has 1 HDMI input, so we have a separate HDMI switcher--can it control that? (it's like this one, but with credit card style remote)

It will handle those devices well and should be able to control the HDMI switcher (it might have to learn from the switcher remote). I'm not a fan of the button layout on this one though. The most used buttons to me are play/pause/ff/rewind and they're all towards the top, not where the hand naturally rests.

They corrected that layout in the next iteration of this remote, but it also controls smart home devices and is more expensive. https://jet.com/product/Logitech-Har...xperienceId=26

I’m more a fan of having the touch screen versions. Best Buy has the harmony ultimate home on sale for $100 this week. Button layout does have the pause/play at the top
